Consumers Unite! Rule #3

Ahhhhh!!! Don't you just love that automated person you get when you are calling a company's customer service?? I'm convinced you have to imitate their voice for them to understand you correctly. ""Y-E-S" "N-O"....I said "N-O-O-O-O-!-!"

I wonder why they don't use them when you're calling to sign up for their product/service. Oh yeeeaaah, I remember, because they suck!!

Don't you love the name of the site. It sure beats what I normally do. I just scream "OPERATOR" at every prompt until I finally get someone with a pulse....(try dealing with this in a cubicle environment, everyone thinks you're nuts)
