Great words of wisdom

I ran across this quote yesterday and had to pass it on.

"It's hard to not eat what you want when you want, or buy what you want when you want. Regardless of your age, emotionally growing up is what we are forcing ourselves to do when we delay pleasure. Our minds start to say that if we put off getting this, we'll have a better that. It has to drop from our brain to our heart and promote action. It's an intellectual behavior that affects will."

This is one of the hardest things I've ever attempted but I trust and have faith in God that He will give me the strength to accomplish this sometimes seemingly impossible goal. If you want a different life, you have to do something different. Weird is good. Let's go!
